About SRSD Consulting, LLC

SRSD Consulting provides leadership training, coaching, facilitation, and organizational development support for local government and public sector organizations.

Led by Sarah Schillerstrom, a Certified Professional Coach with nearly two decades of local government experience, SRSD helps cities, villages, counties, townships, libraries, park districts, and other public agencies strengthen supervisors, department heads, emerging leaders, and executive teams.

Our work is designed to help public sector leaders communicate more clearly, manage performance more effectively, build stronger teams, navigate conflict, retain top talent, and lead with greater confidence and intention.

Because SRSD is grounded in firsthand local government experience, we understand the realities of public service: complex community expectations, limited resources, cross-department collaboration, employee development needs, performance management challenges, and the daily demands placed on municipal leaders.
