SRSD is led by Sarah Schillerstrom, a Certified Professional Coach, and assists public sector organizations to retain top talent, develop strong leaders, and improve organizational effectiveness.

With nearly two decades in local government, Sarah utilizes a coaching approach and draws on the principles of Energy Leadership™, to identify the root causes and barriers to progress, and guides individuals, teams, and organizations to create incremental, consistent, and impactful change.
