Founder, CEO, and Leadership Coach

With a successful career in local government spanning nearly two decades, Sarah built a reputation for cross-functional leadership and strategic impact. She advanced through multiple roles across Public Works, Administrative Services, Human Resources, and the City Manager’s Office—ultimately serving nearly ten years as Human Resources Director before concluding her public service as Deputy Village Manager.

As the Founder and CEO of SRSD Consulting and a certified professional coach, Sarah brings her deep expertise to help clients identify root causes and barriers to progress. She partners with individuals, teams, and organizations to drive incremental, consistent, and meaningful change through coaching, facilitation, and strategic consulting.

Ellen Gray
Leadership Coach

Throughout her career, Ellen has empowered individuals, teams, and organizations to thrive by aligning people strategies with performance goals. She brings a wealth of experience in leadership coaching, learning and development, organizational consulting, training, and program management. Her passion lies in helping leaders and their teams unlock potential through stronger engagement, clearer communication, deeper collaboration, and measurable performance gains.

Ellen's recent work includes supporting Fairfax County Government. She also brings valuable experience from the private sector (IBM Corporation) and higher education (Northern Virginia Community College and George Mason University), with a focus on workforce development.

Ellen specializes and leads the SRSD Positive Intelligence Program.
